I'm not sure what you mean, sorry...

Ummm eg:, I've never used dropbox in my life and don't intend to so I went into settings, app manager, dropbox then "uninstall updates" (as on my system it cannot be completely removed) then I visited the play store to disable the automatic updates.
That saved me quite a few MBs
I clear my " cache" for chrome regularly

Usually you can go into settings then application manager and it will bring up a list of your apps.
Go through them, delete/uninstall what you no longer want/use and clear the "cache" on others
Be careful what you clear "all data" on as you may lose game progress or settings and accounts info (depending on the app)

Should clear up some space ;)
