Seagate 2TB external hard drive not detected

I have a laptop with Windows 10. I can no longer find my Seagate 2tb external hard drive. I have tried all of the recommendations - plugging into another drive, trying to open on another computer, diskmgt; devicemgt; USB Manger, etc. The Seagate is blinking so I know it's getting power. Any suggestions? Thanks Jean
