HP P2055 no longer printing

Got a client who has a local HP printer at his pc. When he prints it stays in the queue as "Printing" already clear out the print queue multiple times. tried updating drivers using univeral PCL 5 & 6 and even the standard one came with it. uninstall the whole printer and did a fresh install nothing works. Windows sees the printer but nothing will print out. Also deleted all the old drivers in case they were corrupted then added them back in.

OS: Windows 7 Pro x64

edit: Also no error messages from printer or from windows during all of this.

yes, had to stop it to clear out the print queue a few times but each time when i would try to print out a test page i made sure it was started again.
