Remove about.blank android tablet

About.blank pops up when linking to watch live worship service. This is a new problem. Local geek could not resolve. Will factory reset be remedy? Thanks for expertise to resolve.

If it is a popup associated with a specific app or a specific website, it may well not be a problem on your end. It could be due to a change they made that didn't go well.
