Need to upgrade my system for HTC VR Please help with GPU upgrade

HI all
Looking to upgrade to a VR ready system.

My current system
OS Windows 7 64 bit
MB: ASUSTeK P8Z68-V PRO GEN3
CPU: 3.40 gigahertz Intel Core i5-2500K
Memory: 8GB DDR3
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
HD: Kingston SSD 250 GB (OS drive)
Segate Beracude 1TB for games and data
PSU 850 Watts (don’t remember which one but it’s a decent one)
Full atx case with planty of space

  1. should i only upgrade GPU if yes which one?
  2. do u think i should also upgrade mobo and cpu and ram

- Upgrade the video card to a Nvidia 970 or higher. (ideally higher if you are spending the $$$)
- The rest should be fine. Try out the VR performance and upgrade if you feel your experience isn't optimal.
