How can I move apps to my sd card?

I can't move apps to the sd card like I could on my galaxy light. I have a set send, how do I move my apps to my sd card? Or anything for that matter. I have nothing on my sd card, but everything goes straight to my phone... Wonderful.

On mine I go into "my files" and drag and drop the files from the device memory to the sd card

Some apps can't be moved, which is annoying.
I have the same apps on my tab 2 as my note 10.1, but 90% on my note won't move
Only forge of empires on my tab 2 won't.
Go into application manager, check the apps, it may say "move to sd card" or "manage space" if it's possible
