My sd card of tab has been write protected ns i m nt able to delete any file and even not able to tranfer any file from tab to sd card...can u help?

Solution
1. Check the card for a part (switch) you can push up or down on the side of the card. If there is one, move it over and this should make the card no longer write protected.

2. If there is no switch, you can connect the card (itself, not while in the tablet) and format it. That will remove any data on the card though.

3. If the SD card came from another device, or was used in another device, running Android "Marshmallow", it is possible that the card was encoded. When you change a card to be "Internal" rather than "External" storage, it makes the SD card unreadable from any other device. To get the data, you would then have to put the card in the original device, and connect the device to a computer via USB cord, then access the info...
