Good Morning. My Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tab 2 has intermittent screen rotation, is this something which can be resolved? Auto screen rotation is off.

Solution
Try running the tablet in "Safe Mode" and see if you get the same issue...

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.

Thank you for your reply. It rotates on its own, even when its not being held. Its not app or website specific.

"Safe Mode" will load the tablet in just what it says "Safe Mode" meaning it will not allow other apps you have installed, and any other programs, so that you can see if it is something you have installed, or that got put on the device, that is the cause of your problem. If the tablet works fine in "Safe Mode" then you know there is something running on the tablet that needs to be removed and is the cause of the problem.
