Well, you would need a slot on both devices that took the same size card.

However, if you are just wanting to move things from the phone to the laptop, or copy things, you don't need to remove the SD card to do that. You just need a USB cord to connect the phone to the computer.

Once connected it should alow for getting things from the phone (some but not all), and also from the SD card and either moving or copying them to the laptop. It should work just like it would for moving things in any other folder.
