In settings under storage apps claim to take up over 80gbs of storage. I have an LG vista vs880. I only have an 8 gig internal storage and 30gig external. I cannot download anything and when I uninstall apps the storage app stays the same. When I save to sd card it deletes my internal pics , my apps will not move to sd, when I confirm move of a file it says file is not supported. Yet it is there but won't let me read it. Help!!!

Well, moving apps to the SC card only works if you are using the Android "Marshmallow". It doesn't work on prior versions.

It sounds like something isn't being read correctly by your phone. Have you restarted it recently? Sometimes this will resolve the issue. Also, make sure the phone is fully updated. Both regular updates (via Google Play) and firmware updates.

If none of this resolves the problem, you may have to move what data you can over to a computer and then "Hard Reset" the phone and start fresh.

NOTE: Doing this will clear 'all' the data on your phone, so it is suggested you not choose this option unless you have to, or aren't worried about losing anything on the phone.

To "Hard Reset" the phone...

1. Make sure that the phone is actually powered off.

2. Press the "Power" and the "Volume Up" buttons, together, until you see the start-up logo on the screen.

3. Once you can see the logo, release the buttons and allow the device to enter the "System Recovery Mode".

4. Next use "Volume Down" button to get to the "wipe data/factory reset" option When in recovery mode the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" buttons are how to can navigate and highlight what option you need.

5. Once you have selected the "wipe data/factory reset", press the "Power" button to select that option.

6. On the following screen, repeatedly press the "Volume Down" button until the "Yes - delete all user data" option is what is selected.

7. Then press the "Power" button to hard reset the phone.
