Is there a app that will give me Bluetooth capabilities

I don't have Bluetooth on my tablet how can I get it on my tablet is there a app that lets me have Bluetooth

The tablet has to have Bluetooth capabilities to be able to use it on the device. You should check the specs for that tablet to see if it actually has Bluetooth or not. If it doesn't, then you will have to deal without it.

If you dont have bluetooth built in you can buy USB bluetooth devices
They are often very small and can be left in a laptop / tablet permanantly..

But you have not said what tablet & what operating system version (I did not see Android before) so it may not be practical
