You can't see them without expensive but not very very efficient software but in some telephones you can choose to reject calls from unknown or withheld numbers.

Most of the time they're companies trying to Spam you with rubbish calls for things you don't want to buy. I just ignore them and let Voicemail take the strain but I never bother tot listen to them.
