I can get my hands on the Garmin vivosmart hr for $99, the Fitbit Surge for $150, and the Samsung gear fit 2 for $150. All brand new. Which is the best deal for what you get.

Garmin vivosmart hr for $99 and Fitbit Surge for $150 both are good, but I prefer Garmin vivosmar because of the design.
Samsung gear fit 2 for $150 - low battery life
