Tablet won't power on

My rca tablet model number rct6203w46 will not turn on. I check battery for volatge. Its fully charged. Tried everything on this thread and nothing will work. Any other suggestions? I'm not a dummy I know what I'm doin so please don't treat me like one. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried the old "Hold the power button for 10-20 seconds", let it go and then push the power button again?

If that does not work, have you considered doing a factory reset? I know, not optimal, but it often does resolve the issue. Just locate the reset pinhole and push the button.
