I have tried the factory reset but stil it wont come

It fell from my hans abd now it wont show the move to sd card icon in app manager so i am not able to move any app ,photos or contact. And after the factory reset i dont have a data about anything

Sounds like the SdCard was jolted out of it's slot and can't connect. Shame about the factory reset - it was probably unnecessary.

Take the SdCard out and put it in a carrier to connect it to a laptop or PC to see if the data are still on it. When you put it back in gently but firmly, go into Apps>Settings>Storage and make sure it's mounted.
