Where can I find a Verizon phone that doesn't have a Sims card and is not prepaid and is not a 4g

Trying to get a phone I can c with but cannot have a sims card has to b a 3 g and is not a prepaid cell phone but has to be a Verizon phone

My old Motorola Droid X2 did not need a SIM card, was on 3G, I think the Razer models are also 3G. You really only need a SIM card in a Verizon phone if you are going to be using it on 4G data.
