The Corsair CX500 is not good. Avoid.

The FX8350 was decent in 2012, but this is 2016. Avoid.

Same as above for the Asus 970 Pro GAMING. Avoid.

The Asus R9 390 is still a good video card, but don't pay over around $250-270 USD for one.

The rest is fine.

Bottom line, if you're building a new PC from scratch, you can easily do a lot better than that.

Newer faster cpu and a better PSU. For the gpu get an aftermarket RX480 or possibly a GTX 1060(benchmarks and prices haven't been officially released yet). A 970 ot 390 would be bad choices either if the price is right but with a 390 I suggest getting a larger PSU.

The AMD FX8350 is old. Use a more newer processor. And if you want to save money, go for quad-core instead, as it's most likely a better choice. Also, I don't know why you have two SSD's for that little amount of storage. I personally recommend using 1 SSD and another regular internal hard drive with more space. I don't think 360 GB is enough for you if you're into gaming.

Looking at how you picked out these specs it seems as if you nearly don't know what you should for building a PC. A lot of what you picked could be better.

The ASUS 970 and Corsair CX500 are bad choices, I recommend to pick something better.

The video card is good, but I wouldn't recommend that as that is expensive. Like CTurbo said, go for something a bit less pricey. I don't know what type of gaming you're into, but if you play average joe games like CS:GO, League, COD, etc. I'd recommend something around the price range CTurbo suggested.

Also, make sure that your motherboard and power supply can be compatible with the PC.

Another thing, the SADES headphones are really trash, even though they may seem cheap. They are bad-quality and can break pretty easy. The wires are also really get tangled. If you're a messy gamer, go for some wireless headsets. And considering you're buying a mic on the side, save some money buying a headset without a microphone attached.

EDIT: Also, 16 GB of RAM is a lot, and if you're looking to save money instead of going pricey with that choice, go for 8GB and you're saving half the price of 16GB. TBH, 16 GB isn't really necessary unless you're trying to make your computer high-end.

LOL

You're trolling, aren't you?
Yes, the AMD has more cores and a higher clock speed, but everyone knows they perform like crap.
