Forget file folder password for GT-S5233A. PLS HELP

Please help. Do i need to reset my entire phone? I want to save my gallery but cannot remember the password. How do i resolve this issue. Thanks

If it isn't a password you need to use every day, it's hard to see how it can prevent access to that folder. If it isn't one in constant use,we can't help you. It's a proof of ownership thing.

Take it to your service provider's nearest shop and prove you own it. They may help you.
