Unload from my sd card to my phone

How do I take what I saved on my SD card and move them to my phone?There are apps and pictures I want to put on my new LG TRIBUTE PHONE

I doubt it could be done because when they're installed on the card, crucial data becomes stored elsewhere in the Android system folders. Transferring the photos should be simple enough. Slave the SdCard to a PC and save them on to there then plug the phone in and move them across. That way you have two backups - one on the old card and another on your PC.
