new PC build problem

I just built a new PC, turned it on and got to the bios EZ page. I'm new to this and on the boot priority list is had my ssd and my optical drive. I clicked on the ssd and tried to boot it but now all I get is "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key" dont know what to do.

Hello,

Your operation system is into that SSD right? If yes, i will advice:
1) Make sure your CMOS battery is working properly, check CMOS
2) Check updating your Motherboard BIOS.
3) If needed... reinstall your operation system
