Broken Audio Jack or Port

So, my Audio Port in the back of my desktop won't work for the mic i have, I can only hear out of one ear and that's my right one, it used to work for a couple of months then one day it got really sensitive when i'd move it, then completely stop working, I wouldn't know how to replace it myself, and I've already been through the control panel and audio settings, also realtek audio, and hearing through one ear now is just awful. Also, i'm still able to use my mic, and the front two Ports don't work either, I've tested the mic on multiple other devices, and could hear out of both ears.

disable the onboard soundcard & get either a pci, pci-e or usb sound card.
