We can't help you much but you must contact your Service Provider to advise them of the loss. They will expect you to pay for any calls the finder or thief is making until you notify them of its loss.

When you buy a new phone, buy some software that allows you to delete all your personal data remotely from your PC or laptop if you lose that one as well.
