How to get back pictures that were deleted when I had reset every thing on my phone

If you hard reset the phone it is highly unlikely you would be able to get them back. However, that said, you could try one of the many programs out there that will search the phone for deleted files, photos, etc.

There is no guarantee they will be able to find anything, but it can't hurt to try.

Please note, however, that while many/most of these programs will tell you they are free or have a free trial, in most cases, they are only free to download and try locating the files. If anything is found, and you want to retrieve it for use, most programs will then charge a fee to be able to do that. So you know.
