Question about Battery in Asus Laptop

Hi everyone!

I bought a new laptop some days ago, Asus K550JX-DM228T, but the battery only lasts about 2 hours when surfing the web and screen bright is at 40%.
I would like to know if it´s normal to only last 2 hours in a computer with these specifications.

The battery care software, says that the battery has a wear level of 7%, and the discharge rate is 11-12W

According to the technical specification of your laptop, it has a 4 cell battery that last 3.5 hours max. They didn't specify if it's while on idle or while using the laptop like browsing or playing light games. But I would say that it last 3.5 hours while on idle so that makes it normal to last 2 hours while using it. You can also use the laptop while it's connected to it's charger and it will not harm it since they are also design to run while it's connected to it's AC adapter.
