Can anyone tell me what kind of M.2 SSD fits into my Asus Z97-E mobo?

I would like buy 1 m.2 240gb ssd to use as c.
DIY desktop PC using Asus Z97-E/USB3.0, CPU i5 6490K, OS Windows10 64bit.
M.2 have 2 types "B & M key" and "M key" edge connector can i use any key type for my mobo?
Asus manual write:-
1)1 X M.2 Socket 3 (for M Key, type 2242/2260/2280 devices).
2)M.2 socket 3 allows you to install an M.2 (NGFF) SSD module.

Both the M key M.2 SSD's and B+M M.2 SSDs will fit in your motherboard.
