I have a tab3 10.1" that has frozen.

The two touch buttons are always on, and nothing else works. Black screen. No reset available. No hard reset as well.
Power and Vol.+ and home combination do not do anything...
Ideas?

Have you tried pulling the battery out of 10 or so seconds, and then while it is completely off doing the "Hard Reset"? It doesn't really work when the tablet is on.

Try that and it may fix the issue. But remember, a "Hard Reset" wipes your data. So it is really a last resort option.
