Core unlocking

hi,
when you unlock phenom ii x2 550 it has 4core.now amd phenom ii x6 released.you think is it possible that you unlock an amd phenom ii x2 or x4 to 6core?

For X2 to X6, I highly doubt it. I think AMD will not use X6 dies to fill up Phenom II X2 bins since they can always get it from the X4 Deneb.

But an X4 to X6, it may just be possible. Perhaps AMD may even release an X5 Thuban so they can sell more expensively than an X4.
