I can't update software

while I try to update software in my galaxy E7 its show a error message your handphone is modified .please sombody give idea

This means you are running a custom version of Android. In other words, you are not using a version of Android that Samsung official supports. As such, you are unable to get "official" updates from Samsung. Most likely, your phone is rooted.

You can fix this by reverting to stock by flashing the appropriate ROM for your phone.
