my English not so good but i will try to make my question obvious .... so
how can i make smart phone pcb(print board) to pc like raspberry pi to run linux
without using touch screen just from my computer ... in my country raspberry pi Costing 130 $ but i can get smartphone pcb with cheap price ... so can i do it

If the phone is an Android model, it already runs Linux and you could practice Commaand Line on it without making any changes. The problem is, they're restricted on what you can do but it's a good start for a learner.
