Can You help me and lock down my phone? I also lost it

My brother lost Sony Xperia Z3 at last week. I want to lock down it but can't get this service in Myanmar so how could I do this?

Unless you have previously installed some form of anti-theft protection on it, you may be out of luck. I would suggest calling your service provider, letting them know that the phone was lost, and trying to see if they can disable the device remotely on their end.
