Urgent Help Needed! - Looking For A Good Gaming Tablet For $400 or below

I need some help choosing a good tablet that would run any 3D game from google play store decently, priced at $400 or below. Can increase budget a bit. Must have decent battery life too.

If there are better tabs available out there than these 3 within this price range, please do suggest them. I need the best gaming tab I can get for $400 or below.

The Nvidia Shield K1 tab seems really good at $199. I saw in some reviews that it runs Street Fighter 4 Ultra and Trine 2 as well. Since my top priority is gaming, should I get this one? Or should I go for Nexus 9 or any other better tab? What accessories will I need with it?

Umm would you guys recommend me a Windows tablet pc, one that would run online pc MMORPGs like Aura Kingdom or Forsaken World smoothly even on low-med settings?

Budget is $400 here as well. I don't mind using a mouse/keyboard (Are normal mouse/keyboard like the ones used for a pc usable with a pc tablet too?) Also, will I face update/bugs issue on the windows tablet like on a desktop pc? Is it easy to use just like an Android tab?
