my alcatel phone wont turn BACK ON SINCE I TURNED IT OFF,THE CHARGE LIGHT COMES ON BUT ALSO THE BOTTOM BUTTON LIGHTS STAY ON,WHEN NOT CHARGEING,NEED HELP
