HI,

I hope you could help the following :
I have installed my samsung usb driver latest version, it works before , for some reasons the last 2 months, when I plug in my usb cable into my laptop, I can see media device /MTP is checked on my phone, but my laptop doesn't communicate with my phone, I plug the cable in an other laptop, it works.

I guess, the problem came from my laptop that "blocks" the communication with my phone
I contacted Samsung tech, they took control of my laptop but can't fix it....
Thanks

Hi,

Here are some troubleshooting suggestions that you can try.
- Go to Device Manager and expand USB (Universal Serial Bus controllers)
- Look for any driver that is related to your Samsung phone.
- Right click and uninstall it.
- Reboot the laptop then try connecting your phone.
- Install the necessary drivers if it ask you to do so.
