how do I make my SD card default storage PolaTab 10.1 16 GB to 64 GB micro SD . there is no option when u look at apps , there

I can't make my SD card default storage on PolaTab 10.1 16 GB and there is no option to transfer apps to SD card. Do I have to manually move everything!! I have file manager , apps2sd and file manager that was already installed. But none show option comes up .. Please help karen
