Y does asus turbo unlocker make my pc hang?

Hello,
why does asus turbo unlocker make my pc hangs? im using asus crosshair extreme mobo with 190t 6 core. (my bios has enabled 6 core unlocked

oh yh..it hangs whenever i used prime95. it wasnt like this before i tried oc using asus turbo unlocker software. it still work fine for prime95 if i don use turbo unlocker

You don't need any kind of core unlocker when you have a real six-core processor.

And software isn't always the best way to overclock. Sometimes it's best to use the BIOS as you have access to every setting you need, and software doesn't.

Yep turn off unlocker you dont need it, as for OCing always do it via the BIOS.
