How do I speak to an English speaking representative at Sprint.

I really need to know how to get an English speaking ,not semi English speaking person, at Sprint.
I have so much trouble understanding them I cant do business with them anymore. Every time i ask for someone else they put me on hold for awhile then drop my call.
Please can anyone tell a phone number at Sprint cell phones that goes to an operator in the USA?
