Blue screen of death

Hello ! I beg for help guys,I don't know what to do anymore ! So i keep recieving blue screens.Here are my reports about blue screen,please take a look at them :

And here are my laptop specs : http/imgur.com/vA2n5vV I also have an HD Graphics 4400 attached to that 830M,so if I try to update the drivers the games dont work anymore and the laptop starts to lag..since I first opened the laptop,I recieved blue screen,maybe the windows is not installed corect ? Please help me guys..And sorry for my bad english,I'm not a native speaker.

run cleandisk and defrag the hdd first.
Reinstall your graphics drivers.
install a program to monitor the temps for the cpu and graphics card as they may be overheating - causing the issue.

Try those first.
