I'm putting together my new computer here very soon and I was wondering what are some good programs to install for testing all the components (Ram, CPU, etc etc) to make sure everything is in tip top shape. Monitoring each component for the temps and other data. As well as some benchmarking programs?
Anything also in the more general area to? Like video players and whatnot?
I will be adding things like, VLC, steam, iTunes, Chrome but anything else you can think of would be helpful!
Also one last thing, I'm going to reusing my SSD and will be formating them.. Whats the best way of going about this? I want it back to where it was out of the box (I've got three and want to completely restore to factory) and I've heard some ways can harm the ssd?
