How to set default download location to external sd card on samsung galaxy tablet 3

I have samsung galaxy tablet 3. How can I free up storage and more to external sd card without rooting tablet. HELP!!!!

Sadly, you can't. Stock Android does not fully support moving your apps to your SD card, and is completely incapable of running an app from your SD card. They only way to do that is to root, as far as I know.
