anyone can see my saved contect number while my sime card is blocked?

am miss my sim card also blocked now anyone can see my sim contect is it possible to see the contect when the sim is blocked

Bad news, I'm afraid because I believe the blocking only stop calls being made or received. The Contacts are stored in Android folders whether theyre from the SIM or other sources. When you get another phone, buy some strong security software that allows you to delete all personal data from the device remotely if you're unlucky enough to have another one stolen. That also leads to the need to back up the data regularly.
