Wil my HSPA+ band phone work on T-Mobile new reframed LTE?

Confusion over what will work and what won't on T-Mobile reframed LTE. My phone specs:

GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz

UMTS 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 MHz

LTE 800 / 850 / 900 / 1800 / 2100 / 2600 MHz

Any thoughts?

You may or may not even have LTE coverage in your area though. Should check their coverage map. You should, in theory, be fine if your area is covered though.
