So I am in the market for a new gaming laptop. I am willing to spend up to $2300. That said I don't want to overpay. I have narrowed my search down to 3 laptops that are consistently well reviewed and all meet my expectations. I am also open to suggestions of laptops outside the ones I listed. The 3 games I play most consistently are League of legends Starcraft 2, and dark souls. Looking through the specs and trying to decide made me realize how ignorant I am off specifications. I know enough to read game requirements and choose accordingly. I don't know for example: Is an extra 4 Gigs of Ram and the difference between a Nvidea Geforce gtx970M and GeForce GTX 860M worth paying an extra $500.
If anybody has some insight into this for me it would be much appreciated. 3 lap tops listed below.
Iv owned 2 Asus computers in the past and have never had an issue. Iv heard similar things about MSI and the factory is only a 2 hour commute if I had any issues.

You do not need that much of a laptop for the games you want to play. However, when buying a laptop you are always better off getting more than the speed you want right now if you can afford it since even a gaming laptop can be tough to upgrade.

I would not go to a 2300 system though, or even a 2,000 one. For about $1,5000 you can get a laptop that will run the games you listed on High and about every other game on Medium. Take a look here www.xoticpc.com for suggestions, you can sort the systems by price, and be confident that anything you pick in the gaming section for $1,500 + will be a good pick.
