PC HDMI not working

My PC graphics card hdmi has stopped Detecting My Tv,but the VGA is working perfectly there is no problem with the hdmi cable ,I used to use split screen but suddenly my pc cant detect any second screen, I Reinstalled the graphics card driver I am using Radeon HD 5670,but still I cant solve it . Using Windows 8.1. Please can anybody find the solution.

Do you have the latest drivers, have you tried the card with another monitor or TV, may have a bad output port
