does anyone know how to reset a 10" android tablet

I've tryed pushing the power button, holding it down, holding the power as well as the volume button down at the same time, I've tryed charging it to see if it will come on. Their is a small pin hole between where the charger plugs in and where head phones plug in. Their is also another pin hole on the bottom of the tablet. I am not sure if either of these pinholes could be a reset or not if anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Go into settings and you will find reset to factory settings
