should i replace my old phone or buy new one

so my phone samsung core lte broke and lcd replace is price is very high and should i replace my core lte or buy motorola moto e or samsung ace 4 but i want android 4.4 and cam should be good to but motorola dont have led which i use very many and touchwiz is good which i like so much so i think i will buy ace 4 but motorola has better something and another has something better so which to choose ?
