I swapped over a sony viao he'd into my thinkpad. It started up and is working except for a few things. The main thing now is that the wireless is not working. I wanted to know if there was a easy way to remove all the old sony drivers and replace them with lenovo thinkpad drivers? Would that get my computer back in working order or is there other things I'm missing? Let me know if anyone needs more info. Thanks

You might want to use your restore disks to get your OS back. The one you are running is for the Sony and doesnt have your drivers, nor the Windows key for your thinkpad. I'm not sure what issues Genuine Advantage will give you when it detects this, I'm pretty sure it blocks Windows Updates and pops up nag screens that you dont have a genuine copy...

But to answer your query, drivers you would get from Lenovo's support page for your exact model laptop.
