The move to SD card button is grey and won't allow me to move the app, Galaxy s5

I have a Smartphone Galaxy s5 and my device's memory is almost full. When I go to the App manager and select the App to move to the SD card, the "move to SD card button" is gray and won't allow me to move app. Any solutions?

Hi, stop using screen filter apps or screen brightness level decreasing apps (disable or force stop the app) & then try
