Hi Everyone. Writing from Denmark here.
Im pretty desperate. I have a HP Pavilion dv7-7022eo Entertainment notebook computer, with Geforce GT 630m 2gb graphics card, intel core i7-3610QM processor, and 8 GB RAM.
My Problem is that when I play games like Counterstrike, Sims 4, Civ 5 and so on, it runs smoothly for 30-60 mins, but then the frames goes down, and it will lag so badly! I have to restart the game, steam and so on, to make it run smoothly for another 30 mins again.
At the same time, my computer gets very warm, like 80-100 degrees, when its being used for games.

it is overheating if the temps are that high

the CPU/GPU is throttling itself for protection

i owuld suggest opening up and cleaning the fans and check if they are working

if possible change the thermal paste and get a cooling pad +proper ventilation
