After Factory reset my laptop cant see my secondary drive (HDD) HELP

Hello, I have been having trouble with my computer lately (Bluescreens, wifi turning off, so on) so I decided to do a complete factory restore on my laptop, it is a gaming laptop from digital storm, and when I was done installing windows and all of the updates I noticed the that only my boot drive (an ssd) was read but it did not see my hard-drive yet I do not know why it does not see it so if anyone can help with me with my problem that would be very appreciated.

Are you sure it is actually 2 hard drives in the laptop? Check the capacity of the drive to see if it is larger than before. It could be that it was partitioned before, but when restoring, it simply created one partition. If you know for sure there were two physical drives, check to see if it is listed in BIOS.
