lost contacts from mobile memory

i have a q mobile bar phone and have deleted all my contacts by mistake from my mobile/device memory, pls advise how to recover
i need solution for recovery data from mobile not sim card.

Don't think you'll be able to unless your contacts were synced to some kind of cloud service (Google, iCloud, etc). We do have a data recovery sticky up, but that's really more for media files and I don't think it will work for contacts. Might be worth a shot though.
